Eirik Eiglad is al vele jaren één van de actiefste libertaire mensen in Scandinavië. Als vertaler, organisator en mede-uitgever van Communalistische tijdschriften, zoals het nieuwe Engelstalige blad 'Communalism. A Social Ecology Journal', heeft hij mee de aandacht verhoogd binnen de anti-autoritaire beweging voor de rol van politieke communes en het streven naar een sociaal-ecologische samenleving.
